  I will Never go to Liberty Tax again. The only reason I went to Liberty Tax in Plant City was because of what they supposedly offered ($750 advancement and $50 that day) Sounds great, right??.. Wrong!!! When I initially went in the woman who helped me Stephanie was very knowledgeable and professional. Even with the huge fee she tacked on I was still interested but decided to wait until the following day to file. So I go back the next day.. it's a Saturday and only one guy is working. So I wait about an hour and a half then finally it's my turn.. The guy was terrible, I basically did all the computer work for him. It was ridiculous. I was continuously stopping him due to the incorrect answers he was entering...How am I correcting the person who has my 2015 tax return in their hands.. are they required any schooling or is this the same guy who is break dancing outside holding the sign saying "get $50 Cash today, file with us" ? I've always filed my own taxes for the most part on tax turbo minus a few years.. and it's never ever taken any longer than 25 minutes for my return to initially be accepted by the IRS. It took a week with Liberty Tax. Needless to say the 750 advancement I needed quickly took over a week to get. I was charged $675 fee for filing with some "discount" which brought it down to 450.. I never got the 50$ that day because the guy said they were out of money. Just a terrible experience all around. Should of used any other service but Liberty.
