  Great food for a fast casual restaurant, but the wait times both in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant are horrible. It is not an understatement that I average 15 min in the drive through and have waited well over 30 min. Lines aren't that long, they are just that slow.

  Have come here multiple times they are very slow, most of the staff is nice but theyre are a couple of rude ones. One gave me an attitude when i went back and asked for more lettuce when i got my salad and there wasnt not much lettuce compares to salads ive gotten at other zaxbys.
