  I was recruited to work for this clinic which was already overstaffed and suffering from higher than average turnover. The mystery as to why didn't remain long as I would soon discover this practice, as well as others under the same ownership, reeked of extremely poor management. This is primarily due to the fact that every employee, regardless of capability or experience, is encouraged to join management and thus accept salary in lieu of hourly pay, then subsequently required to work in excess of 40 hours per week. Members of management literally outnumber regular employees.
  
  In addition, all clinics owned by Dr. Weirather, lovingly referred to by his employees as "Dr. Why do we work for you," are strongly encouraged to meet daily sales goals and do not hesitate to inflate prices accordingly.
  
  I was personally sexually harassed on more than one occasion by a female manager during my first week on the job, but even more appalled to learn of sexual acts occurring in the workplace, some of which had been handled appropriately but most remaining ignored or otherwise unresolved.
  
  I have never been more relieved to be dismissed from employment (I requested a lunch break, which they do not allow) as I was already planning my escape from such a horrid and vile environment. Undoubtedly management will continue to exude competely unprofessional, childish behavior, so this is to serve as fair warning to current and potential clients as well as anyone considering employment with this practice.
