  We lived here for a year and that’s all the time I needed to come to a conclusion that this place is a nightmare.
  
  My fiancé and I moved here as a first apartment together sort of ordeal. We were painted this perfect picture of happiness only to come short and find out we were about to live a nightmare.
  
  Two weeks into our lease, termites. Literally hundreds of termites in our apartment. It took months for them to finally tent and when they did reimburse us for the termites, it was a 2 day prorated rent. We battled bugs for MONTHS on end while they prepared to tent the building. They finally did tent, and it didn’t work the first time so they had to tent a SECOND time. It was ultimately the biggest pain of my life.
  
  The passive aggressive letters they put on your door is so annoying. Everyone in that community knows who the problematic neighbors are yet they won’t address those people. Everyone essentially receives a slap on the wrist for the same issues.
  
  Don’t even bother asking for maintenance to come out. You’ll either be forgotten or they’ll storm into your apartment without even letting you know they’re coming. So while you’re half naked in bed, a strange man is poking his head halfway through your door.
  
  Don’t get me started on the drugs and drug dealers hanging around all the time. Honestly it made me safer having them around versus having the community people around.
  
  So I guess if you don’t mind bugs or care for your property, go for it. If you do, look elsewhere. You’ve been warned.
